The Ghetto Gourmet is partnering with a couple of NYC culinary schools to bring you an evening's tasting by some of the city's top culinary students.
Each student is planning and executing one dish with the help of resident Chef Rich Pinto, and based on your feedback, the best chefs will be coming back to lead their own menus with the Ghetto Gourmet.
We're excited to be hosted by our friends at Marion's Marquee Lounge. They have a full bar and great cocktails, so no BYOB. We ask that you get at least two drinks from the bar, which is easy especially if you start with their "Fashionista" martini. They've also got chairs, so no floor cushion necessary.
This is our first amateur night in NYC, and we're looking forward to discovering some great talent with your help. See you then.
